I recently visited this nail salon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and there was little to no communication throughout my service. I was not satisfied with the final results at all. On top of that, the pricing was very high for the level of quality provided. I’ve paid far less at other salons and received significantly better work. NY Nails provided prompt service and were attentive in the details. My nail tech was excellent. She was meticulous in her detailed work on my nails. She was very attentive and friendly. She definitely was into spoiling me! The other staff here were equally friendly and attentive to all their guests. I drove from St Augustine and will consider making them my regular salon due to their attentive staff, great service and excellent product. Love my nails!
