Came on 01/16 to get my daughter and I feet done. They had no one in the salon but yet was rushing to do our feet. The man decided he was only going to do one coat on my feet I told him he needed to fix one of the toe he refuse made an excuse. By time my daughter and I went home I look at our feet and they was A HOT MESS! no clean up around the toes, built up of polish on my daughter toes missing spots on my toes. Great area….
Called Thursday and made an appointment for Saturday at 9am. I get there at 8:57am and the they had someone with the person I made an appointment with. I had to wait and wasn't thrilled with the chick that came in. Hai and her husband don't have to ever worry about me coming back to that subpar run down shop! What is the purpose of making an appointment if you dont honor it?!
Another wonderful experience. She went above and beyond and fix two nails I broke being too ruff. She add more acrylic and made sure I was happy. Thx
