Just went to NY Nails for my appointment at 3:30. We waited there for a half an hour and then finally left at 4. The employees were extremely rude and could care less that we had been waiting so long. A mother and her daughter walked in about 20 minutes after we came and shockingly got service before me. There was no receptionist present the whole time we were there, either. It was going to be my first professional manicure and pedicure, but it was totally ruined. I was very disappointed. SEVERELY INFECTED TOE!! DON'T GO HERE! Sharon M. 1 Ny Nails DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! INFECTED TOE!! I am sitting with my left foot bandaged after having a frightening emergency doctor's visit from a black toe infection. The woman in chair one who did my pedicure took off, with a pumice, 1/4 inch of the bottom of my little toe. What she was doing on my toe I don't know. She covered it with alcohol and then some green goop. I stupidly paid her for her "service". Next day my toe was throbbing and turning blackish at the site and is ... read more

I got my gels filled there and they did a horrible job. Going in there, I had 3 week old gels which looked good but were grown out. Upon leaving Ny Nails, I was extremely disappointed. Not only are the nails starting to peel up not even 3 days later, but within 24 hours, the paint was coming off. Some of the nails are dull looking while others shine. The worst was when she was sanding off the top layer of old gel, she cut my finger with the grinder. I paid $45.00 to get bad nails and a cut. When calling them to let them know... read more
