Hi, i came here today for an oil change, a cab air filter and air intake replacement. When i opened my glove compartment box, whoever changed the cabin air filter didnt reinstall the glove compartment box pump that slows the opening and didnt reinstall my air intake lid correcly with a big gap in between. I expect this to be fixed and im not happy at all. We come there for every oil change that both of our cars need and recommend your shop to many people. RecommendedFirst time at N St, and the service was wonderful. Everyone was really nice and the oil change took a fraction of the time it takes at other places I've gone.
I’ve never had a bad experience here! Staff is always friendly, service is quick. From my experience they don’t try to swindle money out of you, but they will let you know if they notice anything else going on with your vehicle. Highly recommend!
I came in for an oil change on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had no problems with it until then they did an oil change and did not seal the oil filter the way they were supposed to. So therefore all of the oil leaked out due to it not being sealed I have oil all over my engine and I almost got into an accident on the interstate when it almost blew my entire engine. I also called them about the issue and they did not have a response to me about it. Due to this issue I will NEVER recommend n st lube to anyone!!
