Dr Spencer Welch is my Doctor. He is very special! He cares for his patients and spends all the time he needs to take good care of you. I am a diabetic and he has brought my levels down to normal limits. He has a great staff who helps you with whatever you need. Very pleased with Dr Welch! Shirley Lane
