Had my car towed to N service Japanese auto repair. Matt was very professional and honest. Unfortunately the diagnosis was beyond what I had anticipated (the repair would cost more than the value of the car). I was given options on next steps (very honest and provided explanations) and will definitely use them for my future vehicle needs. Highly recommend for honest and good repairs.
A great auto repair shop, I highly recommend! They were recommended to us by a friend. Staff was very friendly and very professional, they answered all our questions. A repair was needed to pass the smog test, they found the issue and fixed it. When I brought back my car to the SMOG test station, the guy said N Service had done an excellent job. I will definitely go again!
We have used this mechanic/shop for over 30 years! We trust them with all our vehicles, and Matt, the General Manager is extremely knowledgeable. It is out of our way to take our cars there, but it's worth it.
