I live at a senior facility in Hyattsville MD, owned by Humphrey Management. I moved here to Rollingcrest Commons over 8 years ago. It seemed like a very nice community. Over the years, I've experienced falls on ice during a winter where they didn't properly salt the sidewalks. Leaking overhead air conditioners, in the hallways, that flooded the carpet year after year and provided no cooling.. I live at Pin Oak village do not move here . Car break ins , auto thefts . The people in charge do not give a hoot . Bad air conditioning unit and you will get items stolen from the display table outside your apartment door. Do Not Move Here . When my lease is up I will move . Its dangerous.
