Didn’t feel valued as a client. There aren’t many options in town so I guess they’re able to leverage that. Like a “who else are they going to go?” They find ways to increase charges and the rationale being improving convenience at the cost of you. No one really ever knows what’s going. You’re guaranteed going to lose your deposit no matter how much you clean beforehand.
Great company. Realtors are nice and easy people to work with. The rental agent is very nice and understanding of any situation.
