This salon does not respect appointment times. Every time I’ve booked, I’ve been asked to come later or made to wait, including over an hour at a previous visit. Today I was told they were short staffed and asked to come later again. I’ve also asked for new acrylic sets in the past and been given fills instead so they can squeeze in more clients and walk-ins. No discounts or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and the soak-off was $24 even though the website lists $21. They clearly prioritize volume over customers’ time. I ... read more
