Our experience with Dahl, and its Domestic Director, was nothing short of disastrous. Dahl did an initial install of our ducted air-conditiong system but refused to continue with the job as a consequence of a dispute with the builder, which had nothing to do with us. We (not the builder) paid the initial deposit of 70% upfront directly to Dahl and offered for them to complete the job with payment in-advance for them to finish the installation. They refused.
