I was experiencing ongoing issues with my car since purchasing it on Nov 23rd, and was extremely dissatisfied with both the condition of the vehicle and the lack of support I received since going into the shop on Dec 19th. I like the car but I was lied to multiple times during the sale process. I was told the warranty i purchased was 24 month 24k miles, it's 18 months 18k miles. Was also told my 1st payment would be 45 days from the day of purchase. The payment is due 30 days after which is entire check before it was supposed to be due. This apparently can't be changed to what I was promised either....I haven't had any issues with the car yet (knock on wood) but I'm concerned now. They have multiple locations. Look at the vehicles thoroughly. Good enough customer service, not so good vehicles. One nice truck I looked at had 4 issues. Another i looked at had too much oil. Several are high mileage vehicles.

Each time I've taken my vehicle here he has been honest and fair. Edit: July 2024-I have not dealt with this company, when I wrote the review it was for the mechanic (N&J) that used to be at this location.

Great experience and Jack was awesome to deal with getting our son’s first truck for him to purchase! Great price and great vehicle !
