Poor workmanship. We are very unhappy with the outcome. They say they have a “full customer satisfaction guarantee “ ; not true!

We are sorry we couldn't seem to meet your expectations. Even though this isn't an exact science we believe we met all the contracted goals. We also agree that there were some touchups that were needed which is normal. We gladly came back to your home 3 different times. It just didn't seem that no matter what we did or said made a difference.

The product is outstanding and the people are very professional and responsive. Our only problem was not covering our stainless steel frig. that resulted in some stains that are likely not to come off. I highly recommend them, just be careful to have them cover everything.
