Worst place in all of Augusta to live. Fire alarms go off multiple times a day. Their so loud it sounds like a war zone. If they have a hard storm you'll be without Air and Water for more than a week. Not even the Maxwell House or the Summit is this bad. Lots of drugs in and out, Prostitution everyday, They're remodeling now but it'll be the end of the year before they get done and even then I'm not entirely sure everything is going to be fixed. Horrible management.. horrible pissy elevators...horrible hallways!! No mailbox key .. and the workers treat they tenants like trash
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE AND WORK
Family member lives there. It's too much to type as a review. Trust me, go somewhere else. HUD housing and cheap rent is not worth it. It's the management and some of the tenants fault if what's going on. Come and see for yourself I'm sure that you will have access to get into the building 🤔.
