The property is in very poor condition. The lobby has a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of decay. The security team is the only positive aspect of the building; they provide a sense of safety and professionalism that residents appreciate, especially compared to previous security services. Unfortunately, the property management appears unwilling to address ongoing issues with illegal activity on the premises. Worst place in all of Augusta to live. Fire alarms go off multiple times a day. Their so loud it sounds like a war zone. If they have a hard storm you'll be without Air and Water for more than a week. Not even the Maxwell House or the Summit is this bad. Lots of drugs in and out, Prostitution everyday, They're remodeling now but it'll be the end of the year before they get done and even then I'm not entirely sure everything is going to be fixed. Horrible management.. horrible pissy elevators...horrible hallways!! No mailbox key .. and the workers treat they tenants like trash
