I have air conditioner water leaking on may 17-2026 & had to turn my air conditioner off. I reported to Casey on Sunday by text & on Tuesday went to the office & spoke with Casey & put in a work order & nobody hasn't been to my apartment yet & I still don't have no working air conditioner & it up to between 84 - 87 degrees in my apartment & I have 8 fans running at all times and my windows are always! The property is in very poor condition. The lobby has a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of decay. The security team is the only positive aspect of the building; they provide a sense of safety and professionalism that residents appreciate, especially compared to previous security services. Unfortunately, the property management appears unwilling to address ongoing issues with illegal activity on the premises.
