Abbas is an honest and trustworthy mechanic with lots of knowledge. One of the best mechanics I’ve met.
I had my knock sensor problem fixed here recently. The first invoice just said “Knock Sensor” with a $715 bill and no transparency. The pricing seemed inconsistent and not clearly explained. When I asked for a breakdown, I was told the part cost between $100–150 and that labour was expensive. However, the new detailed invoice listed $250 for the sensor, which did not match what I was told earlier. It seems there is no fixed price even for parts — no transparency at all.
