Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask.
