Worthless. They do anything to sell you, promise the moon and beyond, and as soon as Daddy Allen and baby Michael get your money, they do everything in their power to screw you over. They don't fix anything, they dont take care of customers, they don't honor promises. Stay FAR away, and if you must deal with these scammers, RECORD EVERYTHING on your phone, and spend a couple hundred bucks to have a lawyer review EVERYTHING.
N and M Homes has made the home buying process so stressful for me a total nightmare. Once the check clears on the down payment the customer service is trash. The general manager MICHAEL CROFT literally yelled and screamed at me on the phone because the water line under a sink wasn't crimped properly from the factory and flooded my new unoccupied home a month after water was connected to it. N and M Homes made home buying such a stressful process for me. As soon as the down payment check clears the customer service is trash. Michael Cross a general manager literally yelled and screamed on the phone at me and called an alternate contact saying remember we're still "family". I still have not moved into my home after almost 2 months and the salesman said they would only need 2weeks after the house was delivered to finish the work in the house. We are happy with the company, They worked with us. We went in with a budget and specific needs and were able to get a beautiful home. We have had a few issues with it, but called and were able to get it taken care of quickly. Friendly staff is always willing to help with any problem that arises. This is the second home my husband has bought from them and can see us coming back in the future, if needed.
As soon as your final payment goes through, they couldn't care less. I'm so disappointed with this company. Buying and building a home is stressful enough, but N&M made it a complete nighmare. Failed their inspection due to stupidity. Their contractor's lied and trashed my property. House delivered March and here we are mid June and I still have items on the list that haven't gotten fixed. As soon as they receive your final payment, they couldn't care less! Failed inspection. Their subcontractors lied and trashed my property! Swept out their trailer and left a pile of cigarrette butts for my 2 and 3 year olds to find. Water pouring from the ceiling due to to the two halves not put together correctly. And Alan (the owner) seems to have a problem with dealing with women even though I was the one dealing with the whole build. Called my husband to "taddle" on me. LMAO! Horrible company. Worst mistake EVER!!!
customer service is great, But the amount of flaws as far as them just patching holes to make these home appealing to the eyes are major. Yall better really be thorough when purchasing check all your walls and if possible the electrical work not bad people but all are not honest either if I knew what I know now would have just bought a new mobile home.
Buying a new home is scarey. We had visited and negotiated with several different Dealers. The day we walked into NM HOMES we immediately knew we had found the right place to purchase from.
