Worthless. They do anything to sell you, promise the moon and beyond, and as soon as Daddy Allen and baby Michael get your money, they do everything in their power to screw you over. They don't fix anything, they dont take care of customers, they don't honor promises. Stay FAR away, and if you must deal with these scammers, RECORD EVERYTHING on your phone, and spend a couple hundred bucks to have a lawyer review EVERYTHING.
N and M Homes made home buying such a stressful process for me. As soon as the down payment check clears the customer service is trash. Michael Cross a general manager literally yelled and screamed on the phone at me and called an alternate contact saying remember we're still "family". I still have not moved into my home after almost 2 months and the salesman said they would only need 2weeks after the house was delivered to finish the work in the house. As soon as your final payment goes through, they couldn't care less. I'm so disappointed with this company. Buying and building a home is stressful enough, but N&M made it a complete nighmare. Failed their inspection due to stupidity. Their contractor's lied and trashed my property. House delivered March and here we are mid June and I still have items on the list that haven't gotten fixed.
