We decided to sell our property because it was the right time for us to move on and focus on other priorities. Choosing Mike Zwarg as our agent was an easy decision — from the very beginning, we felt that we could trust his professionalism, knowledge of the market, and genuine care for our needs. What we liked best about working with him was how smoothly he guided us through the entire process. He explained everything clearly, kept us updated at every step, and made sure we always felt supported. Selling a property can be s... read more

Mike Zwarg just sold my home! He is very knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. He went out of his way to make sure the house looked great and communicated with me often. He made suggestions on key improvements needed to the property that helped it sell quickly. I highly recommend using Mike to sell or buy a home.

Mike was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was patient and attentive to details, explaining the process to us clearly from the beginning to closing. He always responded back and went above and beyond during home inspections and meeting interested buyers on request for appointments at the home. Mike made the whole experience smooth and hassle free. Thank you Mike, you were amazing!

When he did have suggestions, we gave our input and Mike tailored any changes that suited our desires. In the end, and with mor... read more

Mike spent a great deal of time, energy and focus selling a property. We definitely felt he was very honest and worked at all hours to answer questions or assist with any issue. Finding a honest agent is rare these days so we felt very fortunate to hire Mike Zwarg. Mike works as a buyers agent, selling agent and a lender so he definitely has a great amount of knowledge and experience on all sides so that really helped in the transaction. He kept us advised at all times and will answer his phone basically 24/7. Thank y... read more
