Terrible management company- it must be a VC firm or something. At the property I was staying at, there were rats around the property and it was adjacent to a low-security mental health facility that has some questionable characters hanging out around the property. The door was manually locked when I arrived and I had to wait almost 2 hours in the rain for someone that lived over 25 miles away to open the door. This is the most unprofessional “management company” I’ve ever come across. They do not attend to tenants needs. The unit was supposed to have a washer and dryer, you can see below where there once MAY have been but clearly hadn’t been for a while. There was black mold all throughout the bathroom. Cob Webs Everywhere! Dust, dirt, and stains all over the walls. Even the biggest selling point was the deck “to have a nice cup of coffee on”. I use MYVRHost to manage my boutique hotel, and the experience has been priceless. They are quick to respond to guests, well organized, and overall provide the best service. I am very grateful to be working with them and they've been a huge benefit to my property.
