I must say - I had a somewhat disappointing experience with MY US - to the verge of not wanting to do business with them again . I shipped over 20 packages with them and only one had a problem - and I was annoyed and frustrated! Like anyone else with a delayed package will be !!! I spoke to several agents at MY US and none seem to have been able to assist - but one Agent (Roderick ) assured me he would have dealt with my matter - and he did ! He followed through till it was resolved he kept me in the loop with every process... read more

I love MYUS and Roderick is my New Fav Virtual assistant. He knows exactly what he is doing and he assisted me in the best way possible so i can receive my packages on time.

I want to tell you how fantastic Roderick in customer service was to do business with today May 6, 2021. I was having extreme technical difficulties and Roderick had so much patients and was so polite and professional with me . Roderick did not cut me off or cut the session short due to my technical difficulties. I would rate 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Rod in support was awesome in doing all he could to give me details with which I can make an informed choice on how to send my oversized packages. Though he could not be certain, he gave the best info possible for me the hedge my bets.
