I had problem making shipment cost payment with Paypal and couldn't figure it out. Roderick was very patient and helpful. He pointed me to the right direction to review my settings in Paypal and the problem was solved. While I was trying to fix the Paypal setting and then make the shipment request from my end, the live chat with Roderick was disconnected. Roderick immediately sent me an email to ensure that things are ok. Very helpful and attentive customer service!

Roderick was very helpful with shipping costs and explaining over sized calculations to help decide on purchases internationally. I started writing my own review when I saw this one: "I must say - I had a somewhat disappointing experience with MY US - to the verge of not wanting to do business with them again . I shipped over 20 packages with them and only one had a problem - and I was annoyed and frustrated! Like anyone else with a delayed package will be !!!
