I had such a good time! My hair looks GOOD, but I also really liked the ladies there. We had fun and great conversations. Since you have to sit for 4-5 hours, it helps so much when the braiders are friendly and nice.

I liked that the braider did not braid tightly. I did have to advocate for what I wanted though which was aggravating—and at one point I think she showed the style in the photo I had to the owner who agreed with me needing additional knotless rows in the back. I also had selected mid back for length and the vinegar wash of the hair (booked on StyleSeat). Great, experience. Clean salon right in midtown. Although it took a little time before starting due to pre-parting hair. I love my hair. Book them, I did not listen to the negative reviews. Some people are just not appreciative

The braids itself are okay, but she didn't braid my hair down though. When I asked, she said doesn't braid it down. It's half done & she didn't know how to part my hair. Another braider had to part my hair. The bottom half of my hair is ugly & undone. I highly recommend if you want undone braids. I've had braids all my life & never seen anything like this.
