I have a 8070 MyTee Lite ll 2 stage Vac and needed some help with technical questions and parts. I caledl MyTee Product Home offices for help and my call was answered right away by a very nice person named Dory. I caught her early California time as I am in NY State, and no one could have been more pleasant in helping me! She helped find hard to order parts for my older machine and got me going again. Total garbage. Stay away for your own good. $300 tarp kit didn’t include the chain needed to operate the device. I call and they tell me the chain cost $300 alone. No help at all and very rude.
