RecommendedI had placed an order with Mytee and after nearly a month, hadn't received it. I am not usually the person to complain but I did so not very nicely and they responded right away wanting to help and found that my order was set for pick up and not shipping. They straightened everything out, sent an invoice for the shipping and I had my package in a few days. My apologies for the mix up! Very nice quality products from a great company. Nice company
ordered tarps they sat on the dock 2 days before they shipped, now fedex has them telling mytee they've been weather delayed 40 miles from me when its been sunny for 2 days...the mytee customer service rep says they checked the radar and fedex is right im a liar..even though I told them I spoke with fedex driver who admitted to not loading them for delivery...on a sunny monday...i was dealing with it until mytee chose to side with fedex over their customer....never order from here again

Have emailed, and called several times about replacement part for measuring pole that broke on second use. No reply to email and get told someone will call you back... 3 weeks and nothing.
well, My coil bag only lasted 2 loads, I guess I will just stick to the old fashioned way with a steal Tarp. It split right down the Center. $150 went down the drain quickly.

this is a poor trucker dream. 2 months ago i bought a used headache rack. $2500. headache rack was damaged had to get a replacement.. mytee new one $1500. new tarp in tx. $465. here $290 for a lightweight tarp. my new flatbed supply home
