Honestly the biggest scammers I’ve ever met. I bought a shift knob and asked the the employee if it would fit she said yes it would. I go to my car and come back 2 mins later because she either made a mistake or lied and guess what boom im there for 30 mins the 2 employees running around trying to figure out a solution. Tell me to call owner Angela who was no help. 2 MINS and the sign says no refund so they rob me and tell me take something else. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Worst place ever!! They say things just for us to buy from there. Bought window visors saying my car year, make and model. Even asked them if it doesn’t fit would they give me a FULL REFUND. The worker said yes. Fast forward to the day I go to return it as it did not fit the car. The owner says they have no refund policy. I said why’d your worker say that then and she proceeds to say my workers never lie they’ve been working for 5+ years. I found this place at pacific mall. I have been to this place for years . I was looking for car seat covers.The lady Angela was so nice convinced me to go with a different color which the seat covers I do love fits my car really nice. My problem was with the guy , the car wheel cover didn't fit . I emailed the same night that it didn't fit went to the store next day.
