I got an AMAZING facial done by Emily. She was extremely kind and was able to walk me through the entire process of where to get changed and what to do next ( I had never been there before so this was fantastic ) she had communicated everything extremely thorough on what my skin was needing. Or should I say a zero? My son bought me and my daughter-in-law gift cards last year for Mother’s Day, they didn’t have a masseuse available so we were waiting. I contacted them shortly after Mother’s Day this year for appointments and they said gift cards are only good for one year, simply because they posted it. I contacted my lawyer and my lawyer says that All gift cards no matter where you purchase or use them are good for five years, per the law!!!!!!!! Aurora is the best massage therapist ever! I've been getting massages for 20 years. She really knows the human body and how to help it heal. I've been experiencing knee pain for a few months, today after a deep tissue massage I'm experiencing no pain. This was my second massage with her. I also had a facial with Audry, it was fantastic! She's very knowledgeable and tailors to your needs! Beautiful place, very welcoming staff.
Audrey gave me one of the best facials I've ever had, and she had a wealth of knowledge, will be returning!
So to start with I can’t say whether the service was good or bad. The reason is this establishment never let me redeem my gift card. There was no expiration date on the card. It was for $162.00, weird amount I know, but it also included a tip for the masseuse, You think if it had an expiration, date it would be on the CARD!! Not the case!!
