DO NOT STAY HERE . I stay in apt 913 (building 900) this apartment complex does not care for there tenants it’s nasty and full of homeless people taking baths in the pool . For the past few months I’ve asked my landlord to fix the washer and was told I’m responsible for it . Landlord is just money hungry and won’t fix nothing . Roaches are a problem as well even after I tried an exterminator myself . Will be taking this to court soon ! DONT STAY HERE
If you want maintence you cant expect that from here
The place is poorly maintanned, lots of street walkers, very dark at night. No clubhouse, pool, or maintence here. Lots of damage left over from the tornado.
Not the best place, they still have lots of damage from the tornado last year. Very Dark, and if you move here the maintence will be nonexistent so bring your drill and your own tools. The only good thing about it is the price and potential of what this place could be.
