A toilet had been messed up for a couple of months water going down slow. And had a couple of plumbers come by they couldn't fix it, however Raphael was awesome! Very professional a heck of a nice guy, diagnosed what needed to be done and fixed it thank God, exceptional I would go with these guys from now on and I plan to if there's any problems! So thank you Rafael and Matt! A highly professional company, and they worked with me and saved me a lot of money! God bless you gentlemen thanks again!

I had a great experience with Mystic Valley Home Services! Matt did an excellent job installing my new washing machine. The service was professional, efficient, and reliable. He made the installation process easy and hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs home appliance installation services!

Just fixed a leaking shower. I was very happy with the initial visit as well as the actual work itself, Rafael was very courteous and professional. Matt was very responsive via email and phone. Four stars as there was a scheduling error.

Huge fan of Mystic Valley Home Services. Called twice this week for repairs and received a call back immediately both times. I had a repairman (Raphael) at the house both times within 2 hours. Raphael did great work and explained everything completely prior to completing the work. Also quoted a price before completing any work. I highly recommend Mystic Valley!!
