We have used Mystic Home Service twice. Both times, they were very prompt and responsive , which I appreciate. There was an issue with the second repair due to some technical issues on the company’s side. However, the manager responded promptly, took responsibility for the situation, and made sure the issue was fixed properly without any additional charge. Matthew Sullivan and his associate did a great job in fixing a water leak in the cellar, doing their work with skill and professionalism. Besides their excellent work, they were friendly and courteous, explaining the steps they were taking to resolve the issue. 5 stars for Matt! He was very professional and showed up right on time for our appointment. I had just installed a new vanity myself, but the plumbing connections weren’t quite right and I ended up with a small leak. Matt came out the first time and helped with part of the issue, then came back a second time with his colleague to properly reconnect everything.
