I went to this shop every other week for months but it will be my last time. I went to the shop for my normal mani, pedi, and eyebrows waxed, almost $100 last Thursday. 5 out of 10 fingernails are already broken off, the powder polish is so thick and hard to look at, it’s uneven and horrible. My toenails look as if my 3 year old polished them, hell she would most likely do a better job. And let’s not speak about my eyebrows. Let’s just say thank God they will grow back...awful
Came thru on my way home asked the woman wait time on a color change and was told 30 min I waited 2 HRs and was then treated as though it was my fault I was upset and was told I should have left this is absurd. I have never waited two hours on a color change for any type of polish gel or shellac
Staff is very professional. Love Mr Froggy. This is the place for me. No wait time
