Horrible customer service from nail technician. I called and explained that I just had an acrylic full set put on elsewhere and was unhappy with how they turned out. I asked if they may be reshaped or taken off with an acetone soak and a new full set applied. The assistant said yes, come in & scheduled my appointment. When I arrived the nail tech was at lunch so they had me sit at her station to wait for her. Upon returning the assistant spoke to her in their language but ended in English saying straight skinny.
