Dr. Alligood and her whole team are absolutely incredible. Everyone in the office is so kind and timely, whenever I have an issue with my teeth I have an appointment the next day. Could not say enough great things!

I was treated very well, from the time I came through the door, from the front desk person to the dentist. The hygienist was very congenial and knowledgeable about her job, and explained what I needed and wanted to know about what the dentist would be doing. Dr. Kusmick was personable and professional, as always. He and the hygienist did a great job putting in a temporary filling I needed. I would recommend this dental to anyone looking for a dentist.
I called the office to make an appointment after things become more normal with the virus situation. It was suggested that I come in that day as my issue should be checked. Dr. west and his assistant were outstanding even during this stressful period everyone is going through. A big thank you out to all the medical people who continue working.
As always Mystic Dental Group has provided great service. No long wait time, good hygenists, and good dentists.As always would we nice not to pay as much as I have no Dental insurance. But it is what it is!

At my recent check up, Mia provided her usual thorough and professional service, answering my questions, commenting on my progress, while being friendly and courteous. I moved from Connecticut ten years ago and continue to make the trip from West Springfield, MA because Mia and Dr. West are so good.
Very friendly doctor and staff. Makes a visit to the dentist pleasant!
