Routine cleaning, went very well considering the inconveniences imposed by the Covid virus. Staff very professional and efficient. Safery protocols followed carefully. Very satified.

I am always satisfied with Mystic Dental Group. I find the staff as well as the dentists are not only very professional but are there to make a patient comfortable regarding the procedure (with even a little humor tossed around at times!) 😊 I have been a patient for a long time and will continue to do so as one needs extraordinary care when it comes to dentistry.

I wondered how it would feel...going to an appointment just as dentist offices are opening after closure due to Covid. No worries. All health and sanitizing procedures were in place. I was given instructions as how to enter the building a day or so before my appointment. I’d say “well done”.

Post-COVID care protocols were smart. Wait outside until your called in, temperature check, mask on until you get inside your room, rooms remain empty every other appointment to allow the HEPA air filter to do its job, full PPE donned by staff. I didn't cross paths with another patient inside the clinic except for outside. I went in for a cleaning, it was decided that some procedures be postponed (e.g., tooth polishing) due to the risk of aerosolization. Again, smart decision.
