Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of ownership our superintendent DJ and Taylor Morrison as a whole has taken in regards to the completion of our home. We still have major items that need completed, and now we are being ignored by the team of people that assured us they would see the issue through. If you're thinking of building with Taylor Morrison, I would highly recommend going with another builder. This is my third track home builder, and by far they are the worst. We were reminded at least five times by our personal builder DJ that Taylor Morrison is a production builder and that it is not going to be "perfect". Another words, since our home was under $600,000 we shouldn't expect for walls to be straight, countertops to be delivered undamaged, cabinets to be of high quality, landscaping package upgrade to contain ... read more
