Horrible customer service tonight from Chris. I was just trying to get my bicycle fixed, I had to demonstrate the problem to Chris. After he rode the bicycle, didn't readjust the seat, I wiped out in the lot. I am an older woman with a spinal disability. Bicycling helps me to stay mobile. But instead, I injured myself in the parking lot after being told by Chris to demonstrate the problem. Had a new crankset installed at the shop. I’ve been riding the bike so much I almost forgot to post a picture of it. Looks great, rides great, also shout to the knowledge employees who are super helpful and friendly!
We purchased Townie Go Electrics in December. Now that the weather is a little warmer, we can finally use them. The purchase experience was good and the bikes are great. We needed one repair and they were able to take care of it on the same day.
