DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! Myrtle Grand Vacations is the worst rental management company we've ever used. After all the fine print and hidden fees a $150/night room turned into well over $300/night. The room we stayed in was advertised as sleeping 4 people with a ocean view. There was no 'Ocean View' and the sofa sleeper had a 2in thick "mattress" with springs sticking through... Tried to contact Myrtle Grand to rectify the situation to only be met with resistance. Terrible customer service. We'll never use these people agai... read more
