Since moving to SC from Phoenix, my experience has been so disppointing to say the least. For the past 8 months I had to fight each time to get care, it took me almost 4 months to get an ENT appointment, and I still have problems with my inner ear. When reaching out to my team most of the time my inquiry aren't anwered or answered 3-5 days or more. I never had these issues with the Phoenix VA, they were spot on. Impossible to reach by phone. Months to get an appointment.
Absolutely horrible experience! Having to reschedule is a nightmare. Why do we not have the ability to talk to the Myrtle Beach Outpatient Clinic directly?! I know it’s possible because I moved from a different state that allowed us to call the outpatient clinic directly. I had to try and reschedule an appointment for an MRI, and I could not get ahold of the scheduling person. I called, and Charleston is the central phone HUB, so talked to someone there.
