The Staff
This clinic is BY FAR the worst I have ever been too! Booking appts 6 months out because they are short on staff!! Absolutely ridiculous
If I could give negative stars I would. Mrs Lopez is a mental health provider at the MB VA and has done Nothing to help my husband amd refuses to talk to patients families because she just doesn't have the time. We have been denied Community care and because of clerical errors He is being denied treatment. If you can get outside help besides the Va Than Take it!!!
I have been calling for 3 weeks to get an appointment, and went in twice and keep getting the run around. Finally got a call back to schedule at the WRONG location at Ralph Johnson in Charleston for routine appointment. The VA just gets worse and worse, they can’t even schedule an appointment for the Veteran. I have 11 numbers, 9 are wrong and say they’ll call back and 2 just transfer and transfer.
