I show up at the clinic at 10:00 a.m. I paid my binder fee for my insurance so I'd be covered for the month I come to the window and I am told that I have to pay for the dose for the day due to the billing department leaves at 10:00 and they can't verify it. If I didn't pay for the dose I would not get my medicine for the day it was not told to me that I would be refunded it was just you don't pay you don't get it management needs to streamline the payment system and do better about checking people's policies. Staff is the best!! Never a long line like the other place we all know of here in Myrtle Beach.
Vera is an AMAZING counselor & the rest of the staff is super friendly & professional. I truly can't say enough about Vera honesty....she has been my angel on earth!
These people don't care. I reported someone that I know is only going to this place to sell methadone to kids and they did absolutely NOTHING. Didn't care at all. He's still doing it. I guess I'm going to have to get the police involved.
