The client came to our dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. She asked to have her vehicle appraised. Since 2018 our dealership videos every single appraisal we do as a general practice. We go out to the vehicle then immediately begin to video our appraisal. During the initial walkaround of the vehicle there was a plain as day nail sticking out of the tire, which was shown in the video. No one expects a perfect used car, but if an issue arises less than 15 minutes of purchase you would think that the dealership would give you the courtesy of getting it corrected. (I will attach a screenshot of the text to show when I brought up the issue. The sales manager told me that I didn't notify the salesperson for days or a week.) I would be glad to provide information from another review/complaint you filed which stated the first issue happened on the second day of purchase, not 15 minutes after the purchase. Regardless of the time difference, we were sensitive to the issue and offered assistance which you accepted.
