One of my favorite places to take my giant long haired dog in for grooming. The staff is super friendly to him and to me. Not only does he get squeaky clean he gets a helpful report card telling me about his behavior and any health related issues I should keep an eye on until the next grooming. Grooming and bathing is a long ordeal for my Great Pyrenees but he does not object to arriving at MAPC, it must be the people and the experience he has had there.
I worked at Myrtle avenue pet center for almost seven years in 07 years that I worked there in the boarding clinic .I meet a bunch of cool people. I've come across the most amazing animals you have ever imagined in your life.still six years later these animals have touched my heart in way you never imagine. I give them big thumbs up
great place i have 2 dogs and 2 cats they all go here sometimes you have to wait but they are so nice and caring
Super happy with my experience boarding my cat Butters here the last few weeks. I needed a place in a pinch over Christmas and luckily snagged the last large cat condo or suite that was available. When my fiance went to pick him up, the staff were very friendly and professional. I just picked him up again today, as we went on another long weekend trip, and the staff had nothing but great things to say about Butters. I have to say THANK YOU! I took my husky pup Wolfy to board with you guys for 11 days while I was in Texas and when I came back he was a completely different pup. I dont know what you guys did but he is so well behaved. He is listening to commands and hes not BITING! Which was a big problem that I had and I thought he would never stop. THANK YOU SO MUCH. You guys made sure my baby was well taken care of and he looked so happy.
Won't by again from this store! Bought a squeaky toy for my dog. It was defective. This toy has three squeaky parts to it.. All broke within 10 to 20 minutes. Last one I bought a month ago still works. Tried to exchange it and they refused. Had to buy another. "Sylus" the employee just wanted to argue about saying the dog played with it. Seriously? I guess I should have bit down on the toy myself for 10 minutes to make sure it worked. This is how businesses loose customers!!
