I was dumbfounded when Dr. Nicholson misinformed me about a follow-up cancer screening test after hysterechtomy surgery. The only way I knew this test was routine was due to research I did regarding my condition. The CDC and the ACOG medical sites clearly call for routine cancer screening tests 20 years following my specific type of hysterectomy operation. He told me I did not need this test, though it's critical in finding pre-cancer. I emailed him regarding this but I rec'd no response.

On Nov 23,2015 at 1am my daughter called the Eastover hotline. 1st phone call she told nurse she was having extreme back pain shaking from the pain). The dr told nurse to tell my daughter that she probably had a pulled back muscle to take 2 Tylenol and a Procardia( that was prescribed by a different dr when she was kept overnight on Nov 22nd). 2nd call to dr. was told not to call back for 30 min. 3rd call about 3am she was told to come in. By 4:30am at hospital, all pain stopped, baby died.
