I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I had a scheduled appointment with Jackie (the only person I trust with my nails), and when I arrived, they told me she wasn’t there and that I should “come back tomorrow.” Why book me with someone who isn’t even available? That’s unprofessional and a waste of my time. They then sat me with another tech who rushed through and admitted she couldn’t finish because she had another client in 10 minutes.
