I had no experience with weightlifting before joining Myriad and it has been a great experience. The community is incredibly inclusive, welcoming and helpful. The coaching staff are very knowledgeable and approachable. Highly recommend!
I recently completed the 6-week HYROX training program at Myriad Fitness and had a fantastic experience. The coaches were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve. Throughout the program, I gained a much better understanding of HYROX movements, competition standards, and effective pacing strategies.
