Negative experience, we are doing the carrier test and after almost 3 weeks I called to check for results I found out that my husband tetst failed quality control. Long story short you cannot see this information in the portal and they do not call the patient but just the MD that ordered the test. We were also double charged for one of the tests and about 10 days afte the one payment got cancelled however I was not able to use the funds for that time. I don't know who can do this quicker than these guys, but when they can't even get your results to you until a day before your scheduled surgery that you needed the information from I consider them a total waste of my time and money. W important surgery related testing they should have an immediate apt for discussing test results. I'm less than pleased and far from impressed.
Why would I receive an email to log in to my Myriad Genetics 🧬 results, but, yet the results are not attached??? I had to call someone during business hours, stay on hold for several minutes, ask to get my results attached. Next, I had to login again to see the results. I asked why did this happen? “It just does sometimes.” I was already anxious about viewing the results so I planned a special time to do it with my spouse and it did not work.
