Waited two weeks for results and they hadn’t come when they said they would. I called the number to ask about it. Customer services was helpful and got in contact with the lab for me. However, the lab was still processing my results which they’d been doing for the past 10 days. They got back to me and told me it would be another 4-5 days. I’m still waiting but it will be almost 3 weeks for results which only took 1 week back in 2022.
Got Genesight testing done for my son after trying 5 medications. We were so frustrated. We finally found what works because of this test, but they refuse to work with my insurance company the way that insurance wants it billed (per my phone conversations with insurance) leaving me with the bill listed in the authorization. The product itself is fine but the company's billing practices are a scam. Out of pocket vs paying through insurance - running insurance will cost you 3x. And just opening an email counts as approval - they know what they are doing to get you to pay the insurance price and it feels slimy.
