I had a heredity genetic test for cancer completed by this lab and was mislead that my insurance denied my claim so I had to pay cash. The rep stated that my insurance will not cover the procedure as if she had submitted a claim. Today I spoke with my insurance company to see why it was not covered when my sister’s procedure was covered and they informed me that no claim was ever submitted. Sent in sample to Gene Sight . Heard nothing back to me or my provider. No answer when calling today. Don’t waste your time and money .
