The team at My Prime Home Loan were a tremendous help with my refinance! No matter when I called I was ALWAYS able to get assistance and I was always able to speak with a live person immediately. The process was quick and me and my husband were always updated on our loan status. I was even able to SKIP 2 PAYMENTS and they sent a notary to me to sign the documents! 10/10 would recommend!

My family has entrusted Kevin and his team for well over 20-years and each time I am in awe of not only their service and professionalism, but by how much they are always able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. I will say that with MPHL, there are *always* options...whether you're in need of a purchase/re-finance/etc. What's more is that Kevin truly makes you feel like you're a part of the family, too. Highly, highly recommend my "Uncle" Kevin! :)

UPDATE: After our initial review, we heard from Anthony (Vice President). He acknowledged our concerns, listened to our experience, and took ownership as a company. As the customer, I appreciate the effort and time he took with us. He gave us some clarity and offered the communication we’d been looking for.
