The team at My Prime Home Loan were a tremendous help with my refinance! No matter when I called I was ALWAYS able to get assistance and I was always able to speak with a live person immediately. The process was quick and me and my husband were always updated on our loan status. I was even able to SKIP 2 PAYMENTS and they sent a notary to me to sign the documents! 10/10 would recommend!
