My favorite branch is the North Park branch. They all remember my name and greet me with a smile and are very friendly, helpful, and have a great deal of patience. Especially Ellen and Elena.

I had been assisted by Elena & inquired about the low APR balance transfer promotion. With Elena's dedicated customer service and helping streamline the balance transfer process conducted electronically / email, from start to finish, with my extremely busy work schedule.
