Setting up the storage was perfect getting there and Inside was drastic. Kept putting the code in to only not get in, not contact or personal on sight, had to call an online number for the mock code. As I was attempting to go down the hill into the storage the hill/ ramp is so steep (next to the office) it literally scrapped under my car. No onsite assistance during business hours is weird. Very helpful. Courteous and caring. From what I’ve seen this place is very clean. Definitely worth our time and would recommend this location.
DO NOT PUT YOUR ITEMS in STORAGE here. The place is surrounded by filth and many instances I was not able to even go inside as it did not feel safe. Many instances no manager is onsite. The fees are EXCESSIVE for the condition and quality. They are not competitive at all. There are MANY other cleaner and more safe and secure options at a much more affordable price. I have seen 5 managers change since I have leased there. BEWARE.
I was so annoyed and frustrated today until I started talking to you guys employee Kizzey she was able to make me smile and enjoy the rest of my day!! I had to leave her a great review she have the best customer service skills it was so amazing how she was able to turn my whole day around !
