I'm writing this for a family member of mine, who recently was asked by the company to rate their business -- We weren't able to get into storage unit at one point, called storage company for help, they said they would send someone within the hour, we waited but unfortunately no one ever came to help us get in. With a lot of determination, we finally got the storage door to open. Was frustrating.. We were supposed to get a callback from the manager on this matter, but never did either. Great service from the customer service team/manager. Only thing, it would’ve been nice to get the one month free. Evidently that’s for new people not existing customers who needed to downsize their unit

Property has been cleaned up and looks great since new owners My Place Self Storage came in. Love the customer service now. They are quick to respond back to me.
