Fine experience under 10Federal until ownership changed to MyPlaceSelfStorage. Don’t rent here unless you plan to never cancel your unit. I have been in contact via phone, text and online form submission for 3 weeks trying to cancel my rental. I was told the first call back that it was done. Then I got a bill for the next month. Then a late fee. I finally got a cancellation notice today that’s dated today with a notification to pay my bill. So I’m not done but I’m furious I’ve spent this much of my time trying to do somethin... read more
