Today I have a great experience visit at MyOptics Optometry. The staffs are really helpful, sweet spoken and friendly. Doctor Kristine Tong She examined me well,answered my every questions and also willing to learn if I have more questions for her..So friendly, delightful. Her approach towards the patient very friend and profession! very satisfied! 👍
Purchased 2 pairs of replacement lenses. 1 for an Oakley Half Jacket 2.0(Asian model) and one pair for a Bolle Vigilante. Oakley lenses were okay. Loose fit. Bolle was another story. One of the lens was over milled and had a very sharp edge to it. It also was very misshapen. Sent it back and they responded that they would send a replacement. I have been coming to this optometry office for years and I’m so appreciative of Dr. Nguyen’s thoroughness and kindness. She always has trial contacts for me even though my prescription is super high. She always educates me on what to look out for and answers all my questions: I cannot recommend her enough!
Terrible, I wish I could change my two stars to one stars. So hears another one. Taha. They tried charging me for extra after they took my insurance money for my glasses. The glasses had been over $200 and they said they needed extra money because they made a mistake. The office had left nothing but for me to pay for their mistake. Come on "doctor". taaha
This is my first visit to test my eyesight, and I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt a sense of comfort and friendliness that put me at ease.
