I have been coming to this optometry office for years and I’m so appreciative of Dr. Nguyen’s thoroughness and kindness. She always has trial contacts for me even though my prescription is super high. She always educates me on what to look out for and answers all my questions: I cannot recommend her enough!
Terrible, I wish I could change my two stars to one stars. So hears another one. Taha. They tried charging me for extra after they took my insurance money for my glasses. The glasses had been over $200 and they said they needed extra money because they made a mistake. The office had left nothing but for me to pay for their mistake. Come on "doctor". taaha
This is my first visit to test my eyesight, and I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt a sense of comfort and friendliness that put me at ease. The receptionists greeted me with kindness and made the check-in process smooth and efficient, which helped alleviate any nervousness I had about the appointment.
