I have been relying on the optometrist and opticians at Myoptic to provide me with high quality prescriptions and frames for nearly 15 years and they have never let me down. But my last experience with them even exceeded my already high expectations. Enthusiastic, excellent and knowledgeable service.
Everything connected to both my exam and its payment went swimmingly. I enjoyed the thoroughness, clarity, professionalism, and positive energy of the optometrist, their assistant, and the receptionist. This place is also a business. Selling eyeglasses is an important part of it. Upselling is par for the course. But I found this part of the visit to be unpleasant. I didn't care for the options. Last eye doc I went to was kind of a jerk. So I avoided getting a new exam for 6 years. So glad I found this place. Dr Kevin Siy was so patient and kind. Didn’t mind I needed to go back and forth 10 times between lenses to see what I liked best. Answered all my questions with out a hint of annoyance. Also hooked me up with a couple things I needed last minute. Just a top notch human. Highly recommend.
They are very helpful with explaining different types of glasses and they have a wide selection of options!
