Optometry has given me so much to be thankful for. The privilege of meeting and getting to know wonderful people everyday and helping them enjoy sharp, comfortable vision. I love watching them walk out with a pair of stylish frames that shine with their personality and uniqueness. Myoptic gives me the perfect space to do what I love and do it the best way I can. Would leave 1 star but the tech and the doctor were both really nice & professional. However, they allow dogs in the office. Which is not only a nuisance in such a small space (I had to step over a dog’s leash to sit because the owner didn’t even try to move them out of the way) but it’s very unsanitary. What if someone had allergies? & then the same people that are helping with applying contacts, are rubbing all over dogs?? Some people are also afraid of dogs.. I’m just mind blown that this is allowed.
Great experience from beginning to end - Shadi, Ashton, Dr. Ross and Deja - all fantastic. Deja’s patience, care, and directness to help me pick frames was awesome.
Highly recommend. The optometrist is really nice & always treats me great. Have been to other eye places but I always come back to this one. They have super stylish eyewear and many choices. The customer service is always great as well. 10 out of 10 :)
I did not have an exam at Myoptic, however they had the brand I wanted, so I placed an order 9 weeks ago. At six weeks, an email was sent stating my order was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I was told two different things, by two different people..they didn't pass inspection and they were just sent out to e-clips today. Another 3 weeks passed and the order was ready for pick up. My glasses are functioning as expected.
