Optometry has given me so much to be thankful for. The privilege of meeting and getting to know wonderful people everyday and helping them enjoy sharp, comfortable vision. I love watching them walk out with a pair of stylish frames that shine with their personality and uniqueness. Myoptic gives me the perfect space to do what I love and do it the best way I can. I did not have an exam at Myoptic, however they had the brand I wanted, so I placed an order 9 weeks ago. At six weeks, an email was sent stating my order was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I was told two different things, by two different people..they didn't pass inspection and they were just sent out to e-clips today. Another 3 weeks passed and the order was ready for pick up. My glasses are functioning as expected.
Diana helped me with my order and pick-up and was great! I had a specific want for the order and she was able to accommodate it, thank you Diana and Myoptic!
I had a great exam. The doctor and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Poor communication. Take forever to call you back. They literally never answer the phone. I've called dozens of times. Was a pain just to get a copy of my prescription. Wouldn't respond to my emails either, I had to sign a form to get my prescription. Service is fine while you're there. Going somewhere else now because communication and punctuality are consistently poor.
