I had major wrist surgery in June and tried four different PT locations for rehab. All of them were basically, “Here are three exercises—good luck!” Myo + Diane has been a true game changer for my recovery. She’s incredibly engaged, deeply invested, and constantly pushes me to improve my range of motion. She actually massages and helps me push through the exercises, and she gives me detailed follow-ups between sessions. A freakin' plus!
