I had a session with Louisa Tsang, she was amazing!! I came with two injuries that I got playing padel and she treat me amazing!! First she identified my pain, gave the best best healing massage and sending me exercises to keep strengthening my knee and hamstring!! Feeling way better and readybto go back to play!
I'm about a month into my weekly sessions with Dr. Sharleen Mariano, and wow. I can't remember the last time I walked around life with little to no pain. She adapted her approach to my needs based on previous issues, and developed a program that I was able to stick with.
