Addison is the best. I've been "pre-habbing" once a month and this level of care and attention to some hot spots has been outstanding. I've really noticed a difference in opening my hips and thoracic spine. Highly recommend.
I always walk away feeling better and more equipped for recovery after going to Myo-Fit. All of the athletic trainers I’ve worked with are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and affirming of my lived experience as an athlete. I highly recommend Myo-Fit for anyone who exercises regularly, and wants to do so sustainably over the long-term!
